Vintage Handpainted Vanity Jar.  Bottom is a solid White Porcelain, Top is White with a Solid Gold color around the rim and a petite Gold design inside of the Gold painted rim.  This piece would also be perfect on your Nightstand as well.  Measures 2"H x 3 3/4W in diameter.  Piece is in great condition with no cracks or fractures.  There is a petite size dot on the Gold rim that looks like it could have been a bubble in the paint.
